That's what happened one night in 2019 at the Swager residence. After seeing a few European mobile bars on the DIY app, Abby sent the text to Erin. After a lot of back and forth, the name Typsy Gypsy was decided before finding a trailer. Abby and Dayton were working together and Abby shared the idea, Dayton's brain started exploding with creative ideas and wanted in.

Construction started after finally finding a trailer in Oklahoma and turned out to not be a Pinterest fail. All 3 of us bring unique skills to the business. Abby is construction and can come up with a cocktail that will get your Aunt Glenda to do the Dougie. Dayton does all the creative because things are not always #OOOOOO and #FFFFFF. Erin is customer service and finances, a real lady on the streets and freak in the spreadsheets.

We all work full time gigs and Typsy Gypsy is a fun side hustle. We walk away from every event with funny stories and that is what we love the most about the Typsy Gypsy, the people we get to serve. We look forward to sharing memories with you.
